This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how www.blackhawkfarms.com (the “Site”), owned and maintained by Blackhawk Farms Raceway LLC (“we,” “our” or “us”), collects information about you (“User(s),” “you” or “yours”).  It governs the manner in which information is gathered through the Site, how we treat the information, how we collect it, how we use it and share it, and what choices you have regarding it.
